Terms and Conditions

 

1. Reservations & Service Requests

Service calls/appointments must be made no less than four (4) hours prior to the intended pickup time. Black Bird Limousine LLC does not guarantee prompt pickup for calls made less than four hours prior to the intended pickup time. Such requests will be honored based upon vehicle availability and distance from the pickup location.

A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.


2. Contract Agreement & Deposits

Deposits made for group transportation are non-refundable.

Cancellations for SUVs within forty-eight (48) hours will be billed at 100%.

The client is responsible for notifying Black Bird Limousine LLC of all airline changes, delays, cancellations, and missed flights.

Black Bird Limousine LLC maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all vehicles.


3. Fees & Charges

All services are billed to the credit card on file or to an approved company account.

Black Bird Limousine LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Additional charges may include airport fees, national park entrance fees, fuel surcharges (if applicable), tolls, parking, wait time, and other expenses incurred during service.

Trips of unusual duration may require additional fees, including meals and lodging for drivers.

Rates are subject to change without notice. The rate in effect at the time of reservation applies.

All services are calculated on an hourly and/or mileage basis. Time begins when the vehicle leaves the garage and ends when it returns. A four (4) hour minimum applies to SUVs and Luxury Vans.

Waiting time is billed in thirty (30) minute increments. Fractions are rounded up.


4. Estimates & Quotations

Quotes are estimates based on known information. Actual charges may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

For non-airport pickups, drivers will wait up to fifteen (15) minutes before contacting the client for further instruction. Charges may still apply.

We monitor commercial airline arrivals but do not monitor trains, cruise ships, or private transportation. Clients must notify us of changes.


5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior: No charge.
Cancellations within 48 hours: Full base fare charged.
Delegations or multiple vehicle events canceled within 7 days: Full amount charged.

No-shows or cancellations at pickup time: Full base fare + 18% service fee + applicable wait time and expenses.


6. Holiday Surcharge

A 20% surcharge may apply on major U.S. holidays.


7. Hourly & City-to-City Services

Hourly services are billed at current hourly rates with four (4) hour minimums.

City-to-city service is billed round-trip, even if one-way service is used.


8. Credit Card Authorization

By providing a credit card, the customer authorizes Black Bird Limousine LLC to charge the card on file for all services rendered, including base fare, gratuity, wait time, fuel surcharges, tolls, parking, damage, cleaning fees, and additional charges incurred.


9. Non-Payment

Failure to provide a valid form of payment or failure to remit payment for services rendered may result in suspension of services, late fees, collection efforts, and/or legal action to recover outstanding balances, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, where permitted by law.


10. Chargebacks

Customers agree not to dispute or initiate chargebacks for legitimate charges. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional administrative fees and collection efforts.


11. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Fees

The customer is responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by the customer or passengers, including bodily fluids, stains, burns, broken equipment, or excessive mess. All repair and cleaning costs will be charged to the card on file.


12. Passenger Conduct

Smoking, illegal substances, open alcohol containers, and disorderly conduct are prohibited. Drivers may terminate service without refund if violations occur.


13. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Black Bird Limousine LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for safety concerns, illegal activity, abusive behavior, or policy violations, without refund.


14. Limitation of Liability

Black Bird Limousine LLC’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.


15. Force Majeure

Black Bird Limousine LLC is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including weather, accidents, road closures, government actions, or mechanical failure.


16. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State in which Black Bird Limousine LLC is registered. Any legal action shall be brought in that jurisdiction.


17. Acceptance of Terms

By booking services with Black Bird Limousine LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.


18. Terms and Conditions

  1. SMS Consent Communication:
    The phone numbers you collect as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. 
  2. Types of SMS Communications:
    If customers consent to receive SMS messages, they may receive communications such as: Example: 
    • Updates 
    • Information and locations 
    • upcoming fligthts

  1. Message Frequency:
    Message  frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example,  you may send up to 10 messages per week related to updates,information  and locations,upcoming flights  Example:  "Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments or account status."
     
  2. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
    Be  aware that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on the  recipient’s carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary for domestic and  international messages. 
  3. Opt-In Methods:
    Customers may opt in to receive SMS messages via: 
    • By submitting an online form

  1. Opt-Out Methods:
    Customers  can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS message.  Alternatively, they can contact you directly to be removed from the  messaging list. 
  2. Help:
    If  customers are experiencing issues, they can reply with "HELP," or you  can provide them with direct assistance via a contact link or phone  number. 
  3. Standard Messaging Disclosures: 
    • Message and data rates may apply.
    • You can opt out at any time by texting "STOP."
    • For assistance, text "HELP" or visit our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions pages.
    • Message frequency may vary.


19.Privacy Policy:

SMS consent and phone numbers will never be shared with third parties or affiliates under any circumstances. SMS consent is not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.  


20. Important Disclaimers

Black Bird Limousine LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged personal property. Items of value should remain with the passenger at all times.
